Q. Why do I have to wait until September 1 to start view the Expo Live Encore program?

A. After recording 100 hours of content, it will take us a few days to process all the content and get the Expo Live Encore program ready for viewing. If we have it ready prior to September 1, we will send you an email to alert you to an earlier availability.

 

Q. I want to be able to view the Expo Live Encore after September 30, how will I be able to do that?

A. The good news is, due to many requests, we are now making the Expo Live Encore program available for up to 60 days, until October 31 so you will have plenty of time to see all the videos from the event.

Q. Can I download the videos to watch later?

A. We are using streaming technology, which allows you to view the videos including being able to fast-forward and jump ahead in the video without requiring you to download the entire video. The streaming technology does not allow you to download the video for off-line viewing later on.

 

Q. I have a username and password from the Expo Live event and now I have a new username after upgrading to the Expo Live Encore. Which one do I use?

A. Please use the new username and password you received when you purchased the Expo Live Encore package. The full Encore will not be available with your previous Expo Live login information.
